On June 20, 2023, Professor Jyotirmoy Pal, MD, was officially named the president-elect of the Association of Physicians of India (API) for 2024-2025.
Professor Jyotirmoy Pal has been serving as the 2023 dean of the Indian College of Physicians (ICP).
Together with Professor Nandini Chatterjee, MD, Professor Pal has been developing the local adaptation of the McMaster Textbook of Internal Medicine, leading a team of hundreds of expert contributors from South Asia.
