MIRCIM is an international course in internal medicine gathering an assembly of world-renowned experts in their fields, who will deliver up-to-date practical information on the current clinical practice guidelines, answer questions during Q&A sessions, and conduct workshops. The 7th edition of the course will be held between September 29 and October 1, 2022, in a hybrid format—onsite in Kraków, Poland, and online.
The program of MIRCIM 2022 includes 8 lecture sessions with Q&A panels, a conference entitled “Clinical Cases: Learning Through Practice,” and workshops. There will also be an additional session organized under the auspices of the European Federation of Internal Medicine and International Society of Internal Medicine, on how to reconcile medicine with economy. A detailed program can be found at www.mircim.eu/program.
Conference “Clinical Cases: Learning Through Practice”
“Clinical Cases: Learning Through Practice” is the title of a conference that will be held as part of MIRCIM on September 29, 2022, as the final stage of the Best Case Report Contest (BCRC; www.mircim.eu/bcrc) for young internists and senior trainees in internal medicine in the last 2 years of training, representing a national society of internal medicine. Each society may endorse up to 10 clinical cases illustrating diagnostic and/or therapeutic challenges, and the jury selects top 20 reports to be presented during the final stage (the conference) and commented by top-class experts from around the globe.

An application has been made to the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) for a CME accreditation of MIRCIM. The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS). More details will be available soon at the MIRCIM website.
