Ambassador Program
We invite medical students to participate in the MIRCIM Ambassador Program.
Who is a MIRCIM Ambassador?A MIRCIM Ambassador is a person who knows all the course organizational details and is playing a key role in promoting MIRCIM at their university. Ambassadors are socially active students, members of clubs or student organizations, ambitious scientists who seek knowledge at the highest level, and efficient organizers.
What is the Ambassador’s role?To actively promote MIRCIM at your university. Gather 5 participants who will get access to MIRCIM at a special price and gain free admission to the workshop!
What are the benefits of being a MIRCIM Ambassador?
- Support by a supervisor who acts as a contact person between the Organizing Committee and the Ambassador.
- Package of promotional materials.
- Graphical support for the implementation of custom ideas.
- Guaranteed MIRCIM online participation.
- Invitation to participate in any workshop (you can choose one workshop), plus invitation for the social event – if you gather at least 5 participants (onsite) from your university (see: "Discount for students" at the bottom of this article).
- Certificate of participation.
- A written thank you letter expressing gratitude for organizational support.
Send an email to Program Coordinator Ms. Filipchuk [email protected] entitled “Ambassador Program” stating your first and last name, university, study program and year of study. Describe your student activity: whether you are a member of a club, group, organization, or student government and what role/experience you have. Once the application has been accepted, a Zoom meeting will be arranged to discuss the details of ambassador's activities and make the final decision on collaboration.
