– Cardiac (ACS, pericarditis, tamponade, cardiomyopathies, arrhythmia, valvular heart disease, pulmonary arterial hypertension)

– Pulmonary (pulmonary embolism, pneumonia, asthma, pneumothorax)

– Other (anxiety, stress, anemia, GERD)
