BP	Management
Systolic BP at presentation >140-150 mm Hg, normal ICP; maintain BP ≤140/80 mm Hg	IV nicardipine 5 mg/h, titrate up by 2.5 mg/h every 5-15 min (max rate, 15 mg/h); IV labetalol, enalapril, or nitroprusside could be used
If ICP is elevated, maintain cerebral perfusion pressure	ICU admission with ICP monitoring
