For Students

Take your first steps in the world of internal medicine during MIRCIM! We have prepared a dedicated student offer to help you make the best of the course on a budget and gain hands-on experience running the event.

Student discounts

As a student, you can participate in MIRCIM at a reduced price:

  • On-site student fee: €150 (180 euro off the regular price!)
  • Online student fee: €50 (150 euro off the regular price!)

Want to save more? Gather your friends and come to Kraków together! We have group discounts:

  • 3-4 students: €120 per person
  • 5 or more students: €100 per person

To register a group, send the list of participants (name, surname, country, university, year of study, email) to registration@mircim.eu. We will get back to you with confirmation and instructions on how to make your payment.
Please note that group discounts only work for on-site participation and do not apply to PhD students.

Ambassador Program

MIRCIM Ambassadors play a key role in promoting MIRCIM through their university networks. Ambassadors are usually socially active students, members of clubs or student organizations, ambitious researchers, and efficient organizers.

You can become part of our online or on-site program.

Online MIRCIM Ambassador

As an Online MIRICM Ambassador, you will be primarily focused on making MIRCIM visible in your academic community. This can be achieved by, for instance, sharing promotional materials through different communication channels (Facebook groups, university pages on social media, TikTok and Instagram profiles).

By helping us spread the word, you will be eligible to participate in MIRCIM 2024 online free of charge.

On-site MIRCIM Ambassador

The On-site MIRICM Ambassador Program is a great opportunity for students who want to visit the city of Kraków and take part in MIRCIM in person.

Similarly to Online Ambassadors, our On-site MIRCIM Ambassadors are asked to distribute information about the course through their university network. The perks associated with the in-person participation include group student discounts (groups of 3 or more students eligible for the €120/person fee) with the added bonus of the MIRCIM Ambassador being eligible for free participation in a selected workshop and as well as the Friday evening piano concert.

What kind of support can MIRCIM Ambassadors receive?

Every MIRCIM Ambassador is supported by our MIRICM Ambassador Program Coordinator, who acts as a contact person between the Organizing Committee and the Ambassador.

Every Ambassador receives:

  • Media kit (logotypes, ad designs, images, videos, post templates)
  • Support from our graphic designers to implement custom ideas

How to become a MIRCIM Ambassador?

Email our MIRCIM Ambassador Program Coordinator, Mr. Piotr Górniak, at piotr.gorniak@piebm.org. Include “Ambassador Program” in the subject line and state your name, university, study program, and year of study. Describe your student activity: whether you are a member of a club, group, organization, or student government and your role/experience. Let us know how you plan to share information about MIRCIM.

Volunteer Program

The Volunteer Program is a unique way to participate in MIRCIM while getting to know the organizational aspects involved in running an educational event of this scale. Our team will be happy to help you learn the ropes by managing different on-site tasks. And once you are done with your volunteer shift, you are free to participate in the available MIRCIM sessions.

If you want to be a volunteer during MIRCIM 2024, email the Program Coordinator at and state your name, university, study program, and year of study.
