Ambassador Program

We invite medical students to participate in the MIRCIM Ambassador Program.

Who is a MIRCIM Ambassador?

A MIRCIM Ambassador is a person who knows all the course organizational details and is playing a key role in promoting MIRCIM at their university. Ambassadors are socially active students, members of clubs or student organizations, ambitious scientists who seek knowledge at the highest level, and efficient organizers.

What is the Ambassador’s role?

To actively promote MIRCIM at your university. Gather 5 participants who will get access to MIRCIM at a special price and gain free admission to the course and workshops!

What are the benefits of being a MIRCIM Ambassador?

  • Support by a supervisor who acts as a contact person between the Organizing Committee and the Ambassador.
  • Package of promotional materials.
  • Graphical support for the implementation of custom ideas.
  • Guaranteed MIRCIM online participation.
  • Invitation to participate in MIRCIM onsite, plus the opportunity to participate in any workshop, plus invitation for the social event – if you gather at least 5 participants (onsite) from your university (see: "Group offers for students" at the bottom of this article).
  • Certificate of participation.
  • A written thank you letter expressing gratitude for organizational support.

How to become an Ambassador?

Send an email to Program Coordinator Ms. Filipchuk [email protected] entitled “Ambassador Program” stating your first and last name, university, study program and year of study. Describe your student activity: whether you are a member of a club, group, organization, or student government and what role/experience you have. Once the application has been accepted, a Zoom meeting will be arranged to discuss the details of ambassador's activities and make the final decision on collaboration. Voluntary program

We invite medical students to participate in the MIRCIM Volunteer Program.

Who is a MIRCIM volunteer?

A MIRCIM volunteer is an ambitious scientist in search of knowledge at the highest level, an active person who seeks new experience.

What are the tasks of a volunteer?

Providing organizational support for MIRCIM for 15 hours between September 29 and October 1, 2022, according to the jointly agreed schedule. Exemplary tasks: operation of the reception area, operation of the VIP room, operation of the mobile course app, organizational support in room preparation.

What does the volunteer get?

  • Support from a supervisor who leads the volunteer team before and during the event.
  • Training to perform selected activities.
  • Meals during working hours.
  • Entrance to all MIRCIM lectures at the time free of duty.
  • Certificate of participation.
  • Access to the virtual MIRCIM platform with lectures.
  • Invitation to the concert by Anna Maria Jopek & KROKE on September 30, 2022, at the ICE Krakow Congress Centre.
  • A written thank you letter expressing gratitude for organizational support.

How to become a volunteer
