Prof. Konstantinos Tsioufis

Konstantinos Tsioufis is Professor of Cardiology and Director of the 1st Department of Cardiology, University of Athens, Hippokration Hospital, Greece. Prof Tsioufis works as an interventional Cardiologist and Hypertension Specialist with >800 publications in peer-reviewed Journals, H-index> 64, and >20.000 citations. Member of the Task Force for the 2018 ESC/ESH hypertension guidelines, 2021 ESC guidelines on CV prevention and 2023 ESH hypertension guidelines. He is currently Vice Dean of the Athens School of Medicine and he has served as President of European Society of Hypertension (2017-19) and President of the Hellenic Society of Cardiology (2016-18).
