Prof. David Hasdai
Tel Aviv University, IsraelProf. David Hasdai is the Director of the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit of the Beilinson Campus of Rabin Medical Center (RMC) since 2001.
He attended medical school at Hebrew University, Jerusalem. He then completed his residency in internal medicine at RMC’s Beilinson Hospital, earning a Master in Internal Medicine at the School of Continuing Medical Education, Tel Aviv University and Board Certification in Internal Medicine in 1994. From 1994-1995 he began fellowship in Cardiology at RMC’s Department of Cardiology, and from 1995-1997 he pursued an Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN in the Division of Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. He was Board Certified in Cardiology in 1997.
Dr. Hasdai is Professor in Cardiology Tel Aviv University School of Medicine. He has served on several committees and guideline task forces of the European Society of Cardiology.
