Bernard Waśko, MD, PhD. Graduated from the Medical University of Lublin. Completed postgraduate studies in Health-Care Management in the Department of Management in Economy at the Warsaw School of Economics. Actively involved in processes related to health care and health insurance in Poland since 1998, when both systems were reformed. Appointed as Deputy President for Medical Affairs of the National Health Fund by the Minister of Health on April 11, 2019.
