Accreditation statement
The Medical Education Forum (MEF) 2022, Kraków, Poland, 28/09/2022-29/09/2022, has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 6 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Medical specialists should claim only those hours of credit that they actually spent on the educational activity.
Through an agreement between the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS) and the American
Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA
Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credits to AMA credits can be
found at www.ama-assn.org/education/ama-pra-credit-system/agreement-european-union-medical-specialties-uems.
Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognized by the UEMS-EACCME® for
ECMEC®s, are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the
Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
Certificates of attendance
Participants will be required to complete an online evaluation and feedback form in order to receive their certificates of attendance with CME credits. Certificates will be sent in PDF version to the email address provided during the registration within 30 days after the end of the event.

In line with the EACCME accreditation requirements, all speakers and organizing/scientific committee members must disclose all relationships with for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. All speakers are required to use a disclosure slide and verbally acknowledge disclosures during the presentation.

Participants will be provided with 6-month free access to the McMaster Textbook of Internal Medicine (www.mcmastertextbook.com and www.mcmastertextbook.com/app). The access will be granted by October 31, 2022. To use the McMaster Textbook of Internal Medicine (website and mobile app), please log in using the email address and password provided during registration for MIRCIM 2022.
