Diagnóstico por componentes

El diagnóstico por componentes, basado en la identificación de sIgE contra las partículas de alérgenos específicos es, sin duda alguna, el futuro de la alergología. En 2022 se publicó una actualización de Molecular Allergology User Guide 2.0.8 Esta publicación presenta de manera pormenorizada el conocimiento más actual sobre la metodología de las determinaciones, la terminología y la importancia clínica de las distintas moléculas y sus familias: es una fuente de conocimiento actual en esta materia digna de recomendar. Barber y cols.9 presentaron los algoritmos diagnósticos prácticos que incluyen el diagnóstico molecular, la estimación del futuro riesgo y la selección de las eventuales técnicas terapéuticas, también la clasificación para la ITA.
