View the country of residence income designation (per World Bank Economic Indicators) below. If your primary place of residence is a low- or middle-income country, you are eligible for this fee. To qualify, a legitimate piece of identification proving your primary place of residence must be submitted to [email protected].

Accepted proof of residence may include a passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued document.
