↓ Xanthine inhibitor therapy (allopurinol, febuxostat), congenital xanthine oxidase deficiency, pregnancy, syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion, acromegaly, tubulopathies, uricosuric drugs (salicylates, phenylbutazone, probenecid, glucocorticoids)
