>250 microg/g: IBD, GI infections, GI tract malignancies, colonic diverticulosis, use of NSAIDs

50-250 microg/g: Cirrhosis, microscopic colitis, celiac disease and other enteropathies, PUD, gastritis, reflux esophagitis, food allergy, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, use of PPIs
