Therapeutic use: 0.35-0.70 IU/mLHRI

Occasionally used for monitoring UFH.

Anti-Xa assay (low-molecular-weight heparin):

Therapeutic use: 0.5-1 IU/mLHRI

Monitored in certain settings, eg, in renal impairment.
