↓ Organophosphate poisoning, cirrhosis, hepatitis, liver metastases, malnutrition, chronic heart failure, use of estrogens or oral contraceptives, congenital ChE deficiency (cause of hypersensitivity to succinylcholine); hemolysis causes overestimated results
