In which rheumatic diseases is immune thrombocytopenia a common feature?

Bertrand Godeau, MD, PhD: Essentially in lupus and sicca syndrome. These are the two main rheumatic diseases.

It is really rare with rheumatoid arthritis and [is not associated with] scleroderma.
