Should nitroglycerin still be used by the emergency medical services in patients with suspected acute coronary syndrome?

Bernd W. Böttiger: In my country it is still in use by doctors and paramedics in the out-of-hospital setting. We recommend very careful use because we need to pay attention to whether the blood pressure is not too low after its administration.
