Dr Harriette Van Spall, MD, MPH, is an associate professor in the Division of Cardiology at McMaster University. As a cardiologist, data scientist, and clinical trialist, she has extensive experience in heart failure, health research methods, and implementation science. Recipient of several research awards. Published in high-impact medical journals, including JAMA, Lancet, Annals of Internal Medicine, and Circulation. Author of chapters discussing heart failure and cardiomyopathies in the McMaster Textbook of Internal Medicine.
