Genetic Syndromes Associated With Colorectal Cancer

The presence of genetic syndromes associated with multiple polyps or colorectal cancers described in individual subchapters is usually suspected based on clinical presentation, family history, or both. The subchapters cover:

— Familial adenomatous polyposis

— Juvenile polyposis syndrome

— Lynch syndrome

— MUTYH-associated polyposis

— Peutz-Jeghers syndrome
