What is key in the differential diagnosis of Behçet disease?

I think in patients with recurrent genital ulcers, especially if the ulcers leave scars while healing, Behçet syndrome is one of the most common pathologies that cause this.
Apart from them, Behçet syndrome should be considered in young men with uveitis, aneurysms, recurrent venous thrombosis, and nervous system involvement that extends from the basal ganglia to the brain stem.
