Dr Leah Gramlich, professor of medicine at the University of Alberta and provincial medical advisor for nutrition services in Alberta Health Services, presents the key evidence on the role of hospital malnutrition, evidence-based approaches to address malnutrition in hospital, at transitions of care, and in the community, as well as strategies, tools, and resources aimed at detecting, treating, and preventing malnutrition in clinical settings. The webinar chaired by Dr Khalid Azzam and Dr David Armstrong was recorded at the Chair's Medical Grand Rounds on January 13, 2022.
