What type of pain is most prevalent in long coronavirus disease (COVID) and how to manage it?

Most of the studies that have looked at pain in long COVID haven’t really characterized it very well. Just general aches or chest pain. But I’m not aware of many studies that have used specific scales to quantify the level of pain.
