Janusz Jankowski, MB, ChB, MD, PhD, MSc, is an honorary clinical professor at University College London, UK. He is an expert in gastroenterology, hepatology, and nutrition. Dr Jankowski has led impactful clinical research, including one of the largest randomized trials studying aspirin and proton pump inhibitors for cancer prevention in Barrett esophagus. His work has been widely published in high-impact journals such as Gastroenterology, The Lancet, Nature, and the New England Journal of Medicine. Dr Jankowski holds senior clinical and advisory roles and is active in health care policy and education at national and international levels.
