Users are asked to register at the publisher’s website in order to use the McMaster Textbook website and mobile app. Registration involves creating a personal account; only the necessary data are collected.
To unlock full access to over 800 chapters and supplementary online materials, users are asked to purchase a subscription for about US $14.99 or equivalent or redeem a promotional code. Registered users are also notified of available special price offerings.
To purchase a subscription or redeem a code, follow the displayed prompts or manually proceed to the transaction system. The promotional code can be redeemed before any payment is processed.
Users who do not wish to purchase a subscription will maintain access to selected sections of the website and mobile app, including video archives, tutorials, and review articles.
