Dr Smitha Kacheri Pathayappura, assistant professor of medicine in the Division of Dermatology at the Faculty of Health Sciences, McMaster University, describes key skin conditions associated with diabetes, cutaneous adverse effects and reactions linked to antidiabetic medications and diabetes management devices, and early and adequate skin care in the prevention of complications. The webinar chaired by Dr Khalid Azzam was recorded at the Chair’s Medical Grand Rounds on April 11, 2024.
